Application/Enrollment Process

  1. Parents must schedule and attend a tour (without their child present) or Open House (children welcome). Tours are the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 10:30 am. Our Fall 2019 Open House is on Saturday, October 26th. Please contact us to confirm a tour date or Open House RSVP.

  2. If after attending a tour or Open House, enrollment is still desired, you may schedule a group play date for yourself and your child with director Becca Hackett Levy. Fall play dates are October 19th, November 2nd and November 16th, and January 11th.

  3. Once your play date is scheduled, you will receive a link to an online application. If you are interested in enrolling your child in our program, you must complete and submit the application and fee within 2 weeks of your play date.

  4. Families will receive notice of acceptance in early March 2020.

  5. A completed tuition agreement and deposit will be due shortly thereafter to secure your child’s place in our program.

**PLEASE NOTE: In order to be considered for our 2020-2021 program, families must schedule and attend a tour or Open House and a playdate and submit their application by January 25th, 2020.

If your child has not aged in by September 2020, please do not hesitate to still apply - we often have spots open up in January of the following year, when other children leave our program.
